Default Lean problem....Help

I have a 2002 turbo ws6 on e-85. Well i was driving home tonight from our local car meet and my a/f on the highway goes max lean on my aem wide band. So i decided to do a little testing and the car has way less power and is very slow to come up on boost. I brought it up to 2-5lbs and the a/f came down to 13.x. I immediately got out of it. Sounds like a fuel issue to me but i pulled one relay at a time from my 2 fuel pumps after bleeding the system down and they both immediately shoot to 43psi on my regulator. Could it be a fuel filter. It is a micron aeromotive filter on a -10 feed. Any other suggestions... I have been running it on 10psi all day. It is normally on 15psi.

I will have to hook it up and see, what would cause that, tps or map sensor?
