Default spark plugs for a tt ls1

what sparkplugs would you guys recommend on a twin turbo ls1 running 7psi? the motor is fully standard and runs on 98 petrol. i am unsure of the plugs in it as my dyno put them in but i have been having problems with blowout.

so 7psi, factory motor, what is the best?

im from New Zealand if that means anything... haha

any help is apreciated.

Lots of people do still use 6's. But I'd just go for a decent NGK 7

Autolite race plugs AR3911 is a great plug for entry level applications, make sure the plug you use not only matches the power adder but the cylinder head.

Taper seat or "gasketed" plugs as you call them fit any heads Ive tried.

Not sure why, but the tapered seat seem to be very common in the US. Here in the UK, virtually nothing uses them

I tried both types in my Trickflow heads and some stock heads. Tip projection was exactly the same with either tapered or plugs with a sealing washer.

Obviously there are exceptions if you get a plug with a non standard thread length etc, but obviously that will be different.
Most normal plugs will fir just fine.

If plugs are awkward to access, consider some Platinum types. Ive used NGK PFR7B before ( normally used in Subarus etc )

TFS and Dart call for gasketed. AFR and stock are tappered seat. I would run the coldest plug that doesn't come with a performance penalty.

Ive tried both types of plug with TFS, Stock and Edelbrock heads.

projection into the chamber is the same with all plugs of similar heat range/design.
