I can look into the idler and washers, but belt sizes will be all over the place with so many pulley combinations.

Yes, however I'd like to see Bob/Aster maybe give us a choice on the small 1.75" idler pulley as well. I believe that pulley would allow us to continue to use all 5-bolts that hold the blower to the J-bracket
