right when the DP clears the k member and gets about even with the trans is a great place for a cutout. (its where the hump in the passenger side floor board is)

how did the zirgo fan work out for u ? looking at the same one and still dnt knw wich to buy

One suggestion for you is to paint behind the grille black. Then it will be really hard to see the intercooler.

This pic you can notice where you trimmed the bumper cover
