thats right
but
if the guy doesnt have a brake then he will have to sacrifice street manners to get a looser converter to make some power at the line. 3600+

Dude my car is 3800lbs easy! I bet your GTO is not much more if any. And for the times nothing a few more psi can't fix. Have you talk to anyone that locks up on the track? Because I don't know of anyone that does it so I have no idea how much it helps out

in all fairness i dont think that you can say that the one with the more lock up disks is just better.

i dont lock up my converter at all on the track.

MM runs a Yank so I don't think he's ever going to try locking it at the track.

sorry my sig was a mess i cleaned it up for you. no transbrake thats coming this winter i hope, still upgrading injectors and 3bar. going on the dyno next weekend. than 10pt,chute mount, window net and than the trans goes back to rossler for big upgrade. trying to make the shootout this year

but back on topic, if you locked the converter and it didnt hold id think all of the material that came off the disk would go stiaght into the trans and eat it up.

and whats to piont on locking up if you have a good well match converter any way im just saying. there are alot of things to do and worry about on a turbo car why add more to the list
