Default Stock crank/main saddles/bearings.good til?

I know we have the bottom end reliability sticky. I just didn't see any crank failures,i may have missed them and i'm sure there are some, but mostly just rod and piston failures. This says alot about these amazing motors. I'm soo addicted! I wish i could afford a serious build. But until then,i'm planning a pre-owned 6.0 turbo blo-thru carbureted setup on the cheap(yea, right!lol). So,my question is...how much boost/power i could get away with by just doing good rods, pistons and a rebalance using the stock crank?

Many stock cranks have seen the good side of 900-1100hp and held, with the right build you should be able to achieve that around 18-22psi. Make sure you get ARP bolts for the rods at a minimum, the stockers let loose around 450hp. You can throw tons of money at the motor but the simple fact is it all comes down to the tune on how long it lasts.
