Well I switched to e85 and high imp. 160's. Car seems way more responsive driving around part throttle. Throttle response is crisp. Turbo spool time is nearly instant. No dyno # yet but I might get a chance to run down the track this weekend on 7lbs.

What's up man. Sounds like your getting the hang of street tuning. Did you end up taking it down to CO? Where are you getting the e85? My car is coming along. Slowly but surely. It's gutted right now lol.

I had Trent @colorado performance do the tuning. I'm getting the e98 straight from wyo ethanol in Torrington for 2.80/gallon. Dude if you don't get your car going this year i'm coming up there and shoving my foot up your ***!

lol Thanks for the encouragement! No it is literally in pieces right now. I'm just finishing up the wiring relocate. (which was a royal pain I might add) Now I'm relocating the cruise and scheming where I'm going to mount the meth kit. Then the swap and turbo kit will probably go pretty quick. Only thing that is going to be a pain now is to fit up the new radiator/fans. The rest will be up to the tuners. Won't be long.

Here's some more encouragement. Went out and had a little fun. Didn't stop spinning till around 100. Also my speedo is ran through my front abs so it doesn't show wheel spin.

7-8 psi on street tires. I'm guessing around the low 600rwhp. Timing is at 23*. I hear that's fairly low timing for e85/7psi.

How do you like the spool of the 91? I'm stuck trying to decide 88, or 91. I want the 91 of course, but I dont want the car to lose streetability. I wonder if my 408 would be too much for the 88? Decisions, decisions. Awesome car dude, sounds vicious.

This being my first turbo car and coming from a ms3/heads car I would say this new setup has way better manners. As far as spool time it's feels awesome and fast but I have no other experience with different setups.

Cool set up, as for the comment saying he might not be able to drive it on the street. My 67mm had a 3 inch down pipe that stopped at the steering rack. I daily drove it like that for a year. Now I'm running a pt88 with 4 inch down pipe also stopping at the steering rack and I haven't so much as got an exhaust ticket and I know my Ws6 with true duals and glass packs was just as louder or louder.

I have been pulled over a few times for front plate, window tint, expired plates and never once did they ask about the exhaust or say it was too loud. Yet my zo6 I got complaints and a ticket for it.

Ya I need to make it down there to meet up with you guys. I need to get back into the car game. There isn't very many people up here that are interested in cars. FYI Jordan, car is coming along. I'm doing the alky system install, along with the cruise relocate and eboost install. Just trying to get some of the little things done before the swap. I'll take ya up on the drink so to speak if your that much of a tight *** lol. I might be doing some tournaments again down there for softball again so I'll give ya a ring when I'm in town.
