Default What is a ST80 turbo?

I'm pretty sure it's part of the S400 family but what exactly are the steps to making it a ST80? A example is do they start with a 80mm S400 and add a 83mm turbine?

a st80 is a borgwarner turbo. or a s380, or s380r or sx80... its a T4 flange and a few choices of a/r. 1.10 1.25 may be more, turbine sizes are 83mm, 87mm and 92mm, and the compressor is a 80mm and you can get a race cover. i think forcedinductions has a 82mm billet compressor wheel for them

I thought the ST80 was built using the S400 series of turbo. Are the specs below those of a ST80?

I'm trying to figure out if the ST80 uses a standard S400 turbine housing.

I've got a few calls in and a email and pm in for the past 8 days, I know they're busy and this question isn't a top priority.
