Ya I got most of it up and going I just need to finish a few cold side pipes. My main hold up is building a billet alternator bracket now. I've got some material but I need to get a few dimensions than I will make something on the cnc mill. I have a bunch of little things to do lol.

It's very lightweight since we used a chromoly roll cage bar and you do not have to hack up your stock bumper support.

Looks good

Now what are you going to build for impact protection?

The intercooler should work as well as the OEM bumper foam
Still a few things to go, all my valve seals seems to have came apart (kept finding springs on the drain plug). I will try to build the alternator bracket this week.

No leaks so far! Click, its a video!

Sounds good. Have you done any fuel stuff yet? I did the pump kit from Lonnie...still need injectors though.

I have heard a lot of mixed comments on the air to air intercoolers and moving the radiator vertical. What all have you done on the cooling system to help keep it warm or are there just not issue with it? Mount looks really good

Do you think there will be problems with air flow since you're not going to be cutting out the bottom of the bumper?

I have a single walbro in there right at the moment and a set of 60lb injectors. I have a Alky Control dual nozzle methanol kit that should supply a decent amount of my fueling, since I'm at 11:1 I will need methanol with pump gas anyways. I will eventually step up to dual pump setup or run the new aeromotive 340 in tank pump.

I have 4400 cfm worth of pusher fans in front of my radiator and the ac condenser is gone. Why would I have any issues of overheating? I will have the front air dam on the car and the bottom of the radiator is in the stock location so it will see plenty of fresh air.

I'm talking about for the intercooler. I've heard that it might not get enough air flow with the bottom of the bumper not cut out.

Cutting the bottom doesnt really affect airflow that much, because it hits the bumper and forces the air downwards and the IC is so close to the bumper it wont be moved up in time to hit the intercooler. If anything not cutting the bottom of the bumper might help with cooling the radiator because the air will have some direction to go.

Does that make sense?

But what about the stock splitter at the bottom...right past the bumper. To me that would help direct airflow up between the intercooler and radiator?

I dont run the air dam anymore and I dont even remember where it attaches anymore lol. I dont have any cooling issues and my IATs are near ambient. I live in Alaska(60-70* summers) and am running 8psi though.

It was late, I was asking about keeping it cool as I have just heard issues on air to air cars running a little warm at times. Just trying to do a little research on these setups
