Default AFM/DOD with Boost?

Anyone boosting a AFM/DOD engine yet, Ive searched and I can't find anything? Thinking about getting a 5.3 LH6 which has cylinder deactivation for a Turbo build and I want to make sure its possible.

My setup requires me to reverse the intake manifold as well, didn't know if that would be possible considering the valley setup?

I have heard the dod stuff works untill 475-500 rwhp. After that people just put a standard camshaft and lifters in them. I cant remember anything on the dod valley that would matter with the intake.
