Everything is done except for the mufflers.....Think i will go with a borla but not positive. I'll post a video if it came out.

The pass center section is not currently like the pic.... it is correctly positioned.

You'll need to spin that passenger side center section downward some. Like the placement, I'm going to do a c6 soon with the same placement.

ha ha thanks kyle! I had a vid but it was smoking so bad from a bad oil pressure check valve i didn't have the heart to post it.... I now have one check valve for each turbo and a third valve for the main pressure feed to the turbos....all on the pressure side. once you get oil in the exhaust, it smokes for a while. Once the smoke clears, vid to follow. ha ha

Thanks, it fits perfectly once you cut everything away.... Yes, the center section was straight before running. Thanks guys!

I finally received the borla mufflers... they are the six inch round x 15 inch long.... I love the sound now. I just went on my first test drive with the front mount and the first word out of my mouth was UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE!!! OMG!! My car finally scares me! I'll post up a sound clip after i change my drawers......
Some finished pics.... it looks kinda stock...he he

Sounds great Tracy. When are you going to re-tune it and see how she runs?

hey boosted, i bought efilive and a laptop so i'm going to refine the tune a bit (drivability mainly) and then i'll dyno it at my tuners shop in a couple weeks or so. I think i'm going to try and max the turbo's out when i dyno..... and see what happens.... i think the turbo's max out around 1200rwhp. The motor should be strong enought for a short pull. Fingers crossed

I'm really curious how you like the 1.00 turbine housings. I'm running .68's with mine, but I haven't measured my backpressure like you did. When I ordered my 67s I got .81 housings so now I have the option to run either one once I check backpressure.

Good luck come dyno day! I'm sure you'll hit your goals, Lord knows you've worked hard enough at it!

hey boosted, if i had know the spool valves would have been too tight to fit in my car, i would have gone with the open .81 T4's like you did. I was told that the divided housings flow approx 10% less than the open housings so that would put me at .90ish T4. I'm really happy with the spool and the power of the 6765's.... i'm sure you will be pumped to blast them when you finish your car. Thanks

hey sick, i've seen them rated at 800+hp each but i think the most power i've seen on a V8 is 1300 - 1400ish rwhp with two of the 6765 billets. I may be wrong though...someone correct me if so

Yes they are billet, but they won't make 1800 hp just cause there is 2 of them. Closer to 1400 if pushed.

well, that really sucks, i was told by pete at precison turbo that they will support 1500 rwhp under 30 psi on a 400 ci no problem. thanks for the info
