Is that 4" exhaust all the way back? What resonator are you running? Have any more pictures of the exhaust? Build is looking good.

Was the merge flux core welded?
If so that's the first time I've seen that. Is there a reason for that?

It's regular mig weld but gone over twice. No leaks and we find it will not crack at the joints. Looks like a hill or can be ground down. Either way, out of 5 kit's we've done this way we've never had a leak or crack in over 6 years of them driving around.

They installed the divider to split the airflow for natural cars. The elbow is rated at 400 crank hp max and we saw that on a NA car when it killed 100rwhp. Pulling it out greatly improves airflow and doesn't affect the air split when the car is boosted.[/QUOTE]

wow 100rwhp. thats pretty significant. seems kinda sad coming from edelbrock

Ill have it up again in the next few days, ill take some good ones of the exhaust.

Its a magnaflow straight through 4" oval muffler its 4" all the way back, over the axle on the pass side to a straight through 4" round bus muffler that sits in the stock muffler position and then exits behind the driver wheel.

Stock k member, sphon solid motor mounts. They raised the motor. You can see that by how close the ultra low elbow still touches the wiper area.
It fits perfect with a tiny tiny concave for the starter bottom edge, for no rubbing purposes.

Its awesome ! If I woulda hit it sooner on the dyne my numbers down low woulda been higher but this particular pull I hit it late, at 3000 . Previous pulls I was hitting it at 2500. But even with that you can clearly see it never falls below 420 ft lbs trq from 3200 all the way up so I'd say I'm very pleased with the mid range. Again this is on a boosted car.

what size did you go with? I'm just a heavy N/A truck with an 80e. I'd really like to do a turbo setup one day.
