as i remember if you look at the maf and connector you'll see the two wires on the end go directly to the iat that is embedded in the maf. here's a good resource http://lt1swap.com/2004vortec_pcm.htm

Let us know your progress on the car, it looks really good. My car is an 80 Sunbird, same as a Monza. Im mini-tubbing it right not for some 275 M/Ts and putting on a boost controller solenoid so I can leave with some power hopefully. With your setup your gonna be standing the car straight up if you leave with much boost! Gonna be a sweet setup.

Lol the 240 also has a sbc 408. Total price in my engine it self not much rod bolts head bolts and gaskets but for the swap probably about 4000 or less that's including fuel system tuning and parts not bad considering that z in the garage the motor cost me more than that in parts made less power and considering it was 13.5 to 1 compression the drivability was far less

Would you mind posting some more pics of what it looks like now? I noticed before the upper rad hose placement which is like mine and cant be good. Nice numbers otherwise. I am doing a turbo in an 80 Z28 with the same manifolds.

Yes I did change the top hose it was above the radiator in the pics I had problems with air bubbles so I cut down the neck of the water pump and used a 90 deg hose connected to a steel pipe you can see it in the video so far it's worked well no over heating in number to number traffic
