it is the 4.5 inch one. i am worried that with long tube headers and this pulley size that im not going to have much boost and would like to order one size smaller pulley before the guys working on car tune it. im shooting for close to 500 rwhp i would like to be there with this pulley just not sure if i will

The pulley connected to your crank shaft is 4.5 inches?
The If the pulley on your supercharger is 4.5 inches, i think i have one thats 4inches that i could sell you? And then maybe i could use that 4.5 one you have.
PM or call bob first to see what kind of psi that will net you

Your crank pulley definitely isn't 4.5". Read the pulley and let us know what size it is.

With the ProCharger 8 rib 7.65 crank pulley and a 4.50 head unit pulley, with headers and exhaust without cats on a stock LS1, I'd expect you to see around 8 psi. You shouldn't have a problem hitting 500 rwhp with your combination on an '02. I'd stick with the 4.50 pulley. Bob
