Default Air to water heat exchanger Question!

Hey guys, i'm setting up my air to water setup and am wondering if its OK for the heat exchanger (radiator) to be directly against the AC condenser? Ive tried to put as much space between the two as possible, but there isn't much room. Am i going to see a negative effect from this?

This may give you some ideas. I layed this one flat to keep air flow to the condenser and radiator unrestricted.

Im running a procharger setup, so i dont have much room infront of the motor like that to mount it. Also, its got 14x24 dimensions so its a bit big to put between the radiator and the front of the engine.

Im really wondering is will i experience any problems with engine temps havnig that heat exchanger right infront like that?
