Forgot to ask. What was the part number for that upper radiator hose you used?

Do you know the application it came from or did you just find one that would work off the rack at the parts store?

Lots of nice work. Thanks for all the pics. Good motivation for me to get back to work on my 68 Camaro. Single turbo added to an all iron 427 big block until funds allow an upgrade to an LS3 based stroker build. Wasn't sure I liked the looks of the Edelbrock intake until I saw one on your car. Now I'm torn between the Holley High Ram and the Pro Flo XT.

I had a 67 Coupe and a 66 Elky for many years. Always wanted to put the 66 front clip on the 67 body tub. Best front end with the best tail lights. Too bad they never made one that way.

Thank you. It's so helpful when you can check out others builds and learn from their success's and mistakes. I like the edelbrock and at the time it was the only thing that was available. If I ended up with a holley, it wouldnt fit under the stock hood, which kind of sucks for the sleeper look. the edel is 10 inches or so and the holley is 12+ IIRC.

For the hose, I may have the # laying around but i just used a coat hanger wire, bent up the angles i needed and picked one out of the wall of hoses.

HTH and good luck with the build!

Default 67 Chevelle @ Culvers

I am heading down the LS road as we speak. -30 deg outside has put a hold on the build. Hope to have it built and running by August 2014. Thanks for posting up your build, its helped me answer some questions. If you see me drooling through the garage window, don't shoot me!!! JK. Get the LS in the wife's jeep yet?
