Didnt see ARP head studs or a driveshaft in your list Also if you are in the market for a rear end theres the Midwest Chassis fabbed 9", those guys are known to have excellent products and customer service. I went with the Strange S60 but Id probably go with MWC if I did it all again. If you are absolutely stuck on using a manual, get a twin disk, especially if you are going to be driving in traffic. The on/off clutches get real old.
I will for sure be keeping the manual, can't stand auto's . And yes, I will be switching over to ARP head studs Drive shaft is in my personal list, I didn't add it on here though

Thanks for the support and help guys. I'll keep the thread updated as I put things together.

Few small updates:

I ordered my custom grind cam (231/231 .574/.574 113LSA) yesterday. While I'm waiting for the cam to come in, I went to the junkyard and scored a pair of thirdgen manual pedals. Sadly they weren't pretty.... so some sandblasting and paint resulted in these:

I think they turned out nice
I'm going to start sanding and painting the engine bay tomorrow morning before diving into some dash wiring.

Added some pictures to my opening post as well.

Opened up the door this morning and almost tripped over a package from UPS shaped like a cam.

Specs: 231/231 .574/.574 113LSA

Ordered new manley exhaust valves yesterday as well, then the heads can finally get lapped and go back together. I got the next 3 days off, so I should be able to make some good progress with the engine bay.

This looks like it should be a nice fun build. I do feel you should have more valve spring with that cam and FI setup.

good luck

I was kinda worried about the springs not being enough as well. They can do a max of .600" lift, which I'm relatively close to. The 1218's are:
Load @ 1.800 130lbs
Load @ 1.200 318lbs

I see a lot of people recommending 1518's for boost, but they're only:
130 lbs @ 1.800"
337 lbs @ 1.150"

Just marginally tougher. I'm only spinning the motor to 6500 or 7000, nothing crazy. What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance for your insight.

Just got the new exhaust valves in the mail today, sadly I won't be able to lap the valves and get them installed in the heads for the next day or so due to my work schedule atm.

Anyone have a recommendation for beefier springs?

Are you wanting to stay with a beehive spring or go with doubles?

Check my build thread on my IROC and hit me up if you need any help. I've done a couple swapped turbo builds now.

Awesome! Thanks for the hospitality, I certainly will take you up on that offer.

Edit: Ah! I've actually been following your build thread already. One of the best looking thirdgen camaro's I've seen.
