You didn't pay to much. Josh does great work. $950 is just to start. Im sure it adds up to normal truck manifold prices after you add turbo, watergate, bov, cold piping and ic.

Your comparing 3 flanges and a few bends to complete kit. Less then $100 dollars worth of material.

Josh does GREAT work. He makes some very good stuff. I wouldn't even doubt a decision of going with him.

+1, Josh gives you EVERYTHING you need. This is like $250 worth of Steel, plus I'm sure they get a discount. So say 200? Plus some welding, not if they offered a kit like Josh it would be a different story.

hey rob, i will be going with a heads/cam setup for now but for a future reference, how much for the cold side piping for a single setup?

Do you guys also make turbo headers? how how much are those?

In your experience, is it a big difference between the OEM exhaust manifolds vs turbo headers? From what i've read on here, there is a lot less back pressure with the turbo headers.

Turbo k-member only if you want to keep A/C is that because of the C6 manifold? Not sure when the k-member is needed

sorry for the many questions but i'm sure it will help the thread despite the bashing...

Ok let me clear some things up.

You Do not have to stand up the radiator

$799.00= cross over pipe and 3 INCH DOWN PIPE.

$1299.00= cross over pipe, 3 INCH DOWN PIPE and NEW TRUCK MANIFOLDS.

All cross over pipes are 2 ½ inch.

All materials aluminized steel.

Now I’m just trying to please the customer. I have gotten tons and tons of PM
emails and phone calls about a cheap hot side.
All guys wanted was something to get them started that won’t break the bank.

I can’t make it any cheaper. For you guys that only see a few hundred dollars in parts
pick up the phone order some bends and flanges.

I can also supply you with a complete system with Air to Air intercooler in the low to mid $3000.00
range, depending on turbo and waste gate type and size AC or non AC with or with out manifolds.

As far as pic’s go I don’t have any at this time.

No rocket science here, It will look like any other truck manifold kit
that you have seen in the past.

Hold on Rod there is a little difference in or kit and the competition’s,
The welds will be top notch, no sofa’s in the back ground and the shop won’t look like a bomb went off in it. LOL

You should post all of the pricing at the top of the thread. I can't afford it right now but I will be calling you in the near future when my engine is done being built.
