Support bars welded to the T4 flange are only there temporarily to support the weight of the turbo on tack welded piping.

Probably a hot side crossover with a T4 flange and you supply your own truck manifolds.




It sounds like he is being vague because they can do just about anything you want. Pick up the phone, tell him what you want, and he will give you a price. That's pretty easy imo.
