you know i have a 4.8 sitting in my garage, and soon my car will be down for me to forged my ls2... i might just stick it in my car and turn it to 22-25 lbs boost and see what happens.
the onyl crappy part is i dont care if i stick a rod threw the block but i dont want to ruin my tc76 exhaust turbine if a piston chunk goes threw it.

I'm running a stock 4.8l with a sloppy stage 2 cam(the elgin brand one) PAC 1218 springs and that's it. BR7EF plugs, nnbs intake, and a big s480 turbo pushing 20psi. on low timing(11-12 degrees range) we are pushing low 600 whp in a 3200lb Colorado. just made a 6.7 pass at 104 mph in the 1/8th. btw this is stock heads, stock head gaskets, stock head bolts reused, etc etc etc. no meth, no nitrous(yet lol) and shes getting beat on street and strip.

ok just to fill everyone in, that's LOW timing, horrible 60' and the 600hp was a ballpark guess based off trap speed as this POS has never seen a dyno. so i could be making 700, 750, 800. i have no clue haha, its not a slouch tho...even though the driver can use some work
