So i took my car to get it checked by a professional about a knocking noise. He said its a connecting rod so my plan is to pull the engine out and rebuild it for speed inc twin turbo kit. I want to turn the ls1 into a 383 so my questions are: whats a good rotating assembly? What compression should i be running? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
