So u didn't change the exhaust, downside, or cold side at all, cause i don't think u shoulda had any real issues with urn.previous outside, also did u measure urn backpressure now.with the bigger housing?

Nope didn't change anything else and backpressure is now right around 1:1 which is what I was told it needed to be. As I said it made 865 on only 14 psi of boost so its obviously pretty healthy. I understand others have gotten away with the 1.08 housing but who knows what their combo was, maybe they run stock 317 heads or don't have the right cam profile for a turbo setup. I do know this has worked for me.

haha thanks this is my first project with my new tig welder and they seem to be coming out pretty decent i guess, but it is definately mentaly draining trying to make perfect cuts and getting the angles right while still clearing everything

hotside is just about done now moving on to the downpipe and intercooler piping shouldnt be much longer now
