Nope not yet, I do appreciate the help though. I just took out the crank sensor to measure air gap on it and it was good to go. I believe the crank sensor is fine because it displays rpm accurately. I assume the cam sensor is the issue. I put a timing light on #1 and verified that I have no spark. The cam sync test still is a red dot with no rotation. I have 60 for my crank reference so I am going to change that and see if that helps any. All the sensor on the motor are new but I guess I could have recieved a bad cam sensor.
I would like to verify that the hidden dealer config is correct to make sure I am not chasing my tail. Thanks

If you want to test the sensor you can with a 5 volt power supply. Pin A to 5 volts pin B to ground and then put a volt meter on Pin C. When the magnet in the sensor is in close prox. to a piece of ferrous metal the voltage should drop to 0... When its just free it should be 5 volts(may be the other way, I forget). If you don't have a supply just use the ecu output.

Ok I checked voltage at the cam sensor and it is working. 0 volts without signal 5 volts with. I plugged everything back up and checked voltage at the computer through the back of the wiring harness and it is getting the correct voltage as well. It looks like the cam sensor is fine. My problem is somewhere else. Like I said the rpms read so I think the crank sensor is fine.

Well I figured out how to bring up the factory settings for the box and they are wrong. The settings list the cam sensor voltage as none, it needs to be 5. I need someones help to fix this, it is password encrypted so I can not fix this. Please if anyone can help that would be great.

Call the dealer that sold it to you, that can be resolved with them.

I bought the unit used and sent it back to bigstuff 3 to get upgrades as well as get it setup for my application. I don't have a specific dealer but I will get ahold of someone tomorrow who is a dealer to see if they can fix it for me. THanks

if you just finished sending it to bs3 and paid them to do work to it, and now you have problems. then its a complete skirt by them to turn you away. they could have at least given you a lead.
lets hope its a misunderstanding.

Well I am not blaming BS3, the box was a base system at first and I sent it back to get the CAN bus, firmware upgrade, and LS7 wiring harness. Its a brand new system and the settings are spot on except for the cam voltage which is set to none. I think the "secret keys" should be added to the instructions or at least owners should be informed about the hidden config. Either way things happen I just want to be able to fix it so I can start it. Its been down for 1 1/2 years and I am being held up by a simple config change. I just don't have time to send the box off because I leave out of country next sunday for a year. Hopefully I will not have to send the box off anywhere. Thanks for all the help guys.

It still has the red dot. Its not cranking, anybody want a truck as it sits. Make you a really good deal on it. I guess the cam crank events are happening at the same time, don't know how to fix that. I hate to keep bringing this thread up.

Turns out I had multiple problems non related to the BS3. The cam sensor air gap was too close to the pickup. Fixed that and in the process some how fried my crank sensor. Replaced that and now I have rpms, I can hear the injectors firing and I have a crap load of fuel. Last problem is I have no compression. I measured the pushrods wrong and its holding open the exhaust valves. I got those on order so hopefully problems solved.
Thanks for all the help guys.

Glad you got it sorted out. Thats what this forum is for, finding out info from somebody who has been there and done that. I'm glad you had a bunch of the big boys answering you questions and guiding you.
Now get that thing tuned and down the track.
