The original thread starter now manufactures and sales them with great success. They have proven time and time again to gain additional power.

the LSA blowers have a different design than what this plate was made for. the top houses the intercooler while the spacers & cathedral adapters made for those go between the manifold & the heads.
this plate is for the top-down style TVS blowers where the lower plenum houses the intercooler & they're sandwiched pretty tight together. this widens the gap between the intercooler & the manifold floor.

whoops... i'm an idiot. 
the Heartbeat style has the 2 bricks in the sides of the lid. LS9 & LSA have 1 above the rotors.
