Yes it is a silicon elbow, I'm working on getting something made up for it, car does have a SD tune also. As for the tranny I have a big tranny cooler, stall and shift kit, when it blows ill get a built 4l60e so I can keep the over drive. Already turns 2500-2800rpm at 70-75mph

no load = no boost.
