Exclamation QMP Formula Ready for the Track....

...won't be long now. The BMR Adj LCA's are on, dual rear airbags, 28x10 MT slicks are on, C-16 is in the tank, Methanol bottle is full, and the car is now on the trailer. God willing, we'll be at Edgewater in Cincinnati tomorrow from noon-5pm for opening day test n tune.

First pass will be on low boost (about 700rwhp), and if it lasts through that, next pass will be ***** out on 13.5lbs of boost. However, as I said, since it's still stock rear end this week, I WILL NOT be launching hard, or power shifting. Off idle at Zero boost, granny shifting. I have a Harlan 2-Step on order, so hopefully next week we'll be able to launch with some boost on the Moser rear.

Any guesses what it'll run tomorrow if it stays together??

My guess: 10.50 @ 135, 1.80 60ft

If you trap 135 without leaving under boost (No 2step), I'll be mega impressed. ET will be interesting also.ET is the first 60 feet. You're basically an old tired stock car for 60 feet......then boooost. Good luck!

you going to richen it up a bit since you noticed it was a bit lean on the street vs the dyno?

if not I predict boom.

I hope like hell though it holds together since I am going to be throwing 10-11 psi thru my 70k mile stock shortblock here real soon.

10.7@140mph or 11.2@140mph depending on how hard you come out. Please weigh the car too so we can compare I will be making runs in a few weeks with the blower setup.

What a variation in guesses!! FWIW, I just noticed I typoed my guess...I meant 10.80 @ 135.

Blackbird, it's not lean on the street since the last dyno pulls. I ran it pretty hard today before loading it on the trailer. AF was 12.7:1 at the top of 4th. I ran it WOT through 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Pulled pretty hard.

I am curious if it'll lean out at the track running it through all 4 gears with 28" tall tires. Guess we'll see....

PSJ, I weighed it today just before I loaded it. I have a full tank of gas, laptop, harness on driver side only, both sway bars, both bumper supports, AC, PS, etc. Nothing removed other than the spare tire and jack. 3720lbs with me in it. The last time I weighed it, it was 3450 without me in it (I'm 205lbs), but I had a 1/2 tank of gas, no laptop, no sidebars or rear crossbar (33lbs total), no harness, and no alcohol injection.

Sorry guys, I have tried being polite and patient in contacting Rob, however this seems to be the only way to get Robs attention as no other means of communication between rob and I have helped me get what is rightfully mine in buisness that has taken place between rob and I. I Have been very respectful of the boards and all who reside here as I am a firm believer in the fact that knowledge is power.
