yea i dont think some people understand HOW LOUD that woosh is.. you can hear it REALLY far away...

ok putting the plastic corner piece made a difference. btv is still loud, does anyone have VIDEO of what a mondo valve sounds like

I'm wondering if adding a peice of tubing and directing the sound will have an impact on the sound coming out of the bypass valve.

I took an old k&n air filter and cut it down and clamped it over the valve. I should have it back on this week and we will see what happens.

I drove the car with the filter over the valve and love it. Its is about 50% quieter than before. You can actually hear the blower whine over it. I suggest doing this, I am happy with the results.

Good idea. I'll have to look into getting a filter for mine to quiet it down a little.
