Most power with a 5.3

Just want to hear about some peoples 5.3 builds. What's the most power you've made with an iron block 5.3 and a turbo? I'm building a stock bore iron block 5.3 with a stock crank and aftermarket rods and pistons. My compression should be around 9-9.5:1. I'll be running a stock set of 317 heads with good springs and most likely a custom grind turbo cam...or is there an off the shelf cam that would work good?? Ill be running a Borg warner S475 turbo with a 75mm compressor wheel and a 1.32 a/r with a t6 flange. Might run it on the street on e85 and possibly q16 at the track. This will be ran with a built powerglide and custom converter. I'd like to get some peoples opinions on my build and hear about your builds as well. Trying to build this thing as cheap as I can but I do know its still gonna cost me quite a bit. Thanks in advance for your replies

search. theres threads about this all the time. you'll run out of turbo quicker than you'll have to worry about the bottom end.. you cant go wrong with a custom cam. you may want to go with the 1.10 A/R, even with e85.
have fun and dont be afraid to ask questions...

you're definitly gonna want more turbo, and probably more cubes. are you running a standalone pcm? what are you doing for boost control? the s475 is likely going to be the limiting factor in this build.

I'm currently doing a build with a 4.8(was told it was a 5.3 but I checked it) and I have a Borg Warner S475 with a .90 T4 housing. I will also be using E85
