Too early to say but so far so good. The good news is the A/C is ice cold!
The heat index was 110* today. It was the most humid day since I can remember. Walking outside from my air conditioned house was like hitting a wall. Anyway, they were testing the A/C today and the temps didn't start to rise until almost 30 minutes of idling. I have a nice daily driver so I would never drive the car in heat like today anyway so for me it will not be a problem. I know some of the guys that live in places like Texas and Arizona would probably overheat with this set-up but it will be fine for me.
I forgot that I also have an LT1 Radiator so that is helping quite a bit I'm sure. It's much cheaper than a Griffin or BeCool and it fits perfectly. The LS1 radiator I think is .92" thick where the LT1 is like 1.45" so it is at least 50% larger.

Been driving the car around the last couple of days. Not even close to overheating in 90* temps with the A/C on! I need to clean the car up (two years of dirt) and take some pics. I'm really loving this kit so far! Clean, effective and simple (especially compared to my APS kit- WOW). I don't get stressed anymore when I think about having to work on the car. Everything can be reached or removed in minutes if access is needed to it. And I think you guys will like how we did the manifolds. It looks nice!

Sorry man... like a lot of people in this forum, I work A LOT to afford this car. I haven't had the time to do a proper wash and wax and don't want to post pictures of the car as dirty as it is. Plus I need to borrow a camera as the one on my phone isn't very good. Planning on doing it this Sunday.

I'll post the dynograph soon but I remember seeing that the HP was flat all the way to redline and the tq wasn't dropping off like I'm used to with my other turbo kits. My QMP and APS kit used to drop 200-275tq from 4600 to redline.
This isn't my car but I ended up buying this kit in 2005 and putting it on my stock LS1 just like this one:

I was planning on upping my block to a LQ4/LS2 and getting 364 c.i. but now, I think I am going to just build my LS1, change my inline pump to intank, new rails, change my feed to return and run a new feed with a y to each rail like you have done and try and spin this 76 for all its worth on E85.
