Billet T76GTS Dyno Results on 19lbs and E85!
My car has been down for just shy of two years. Decided in Spring to throw some more money at it and get her running....
The car was built by FastrackPerformance here in Louisville, KY. Anthony built a really nice and really clean all Stainless Steel Truck/C6 manifold kit that retains the A/C and keeps the alternator in the stock location (I've always had beltslip issues with the alternator up top). Has anyone ever seen a manifold kit that kept A/C and the alternator in the stock location? It also keeps the stock radiator in the factory location with the addition of pusher fans. I'll have pictures up soon. Here's the build list for now:
2000 Camaro SS M6
FastrackPerformance Truck/C6 Stainless Steel Manifold Kit
Precision Billet T76-GTS
Precision 46mm WG
Tial 50mm BOV
Ebay 4" Intercooler
365ci LS2 - 9.5:1 Compression - E85 - NO meth
Diamond Pistons
Callies Rods
Callies Crank- stock 3.622 stroke
Mellings High Volume Oil Pump
LS7 Lifters
Comp 224/224 .581/.581 114
ARP Head Studs/Main Studs
LS9 Head Gaskets
Stock LS6 Heads (valve job and Patriot dual springs)
Stock LS6 Intake
Stock Ported TB
Moroso Oil Pan
Monster Stage 6 clutch w/lightweight flywheel
Tick adj. Master Cylinder
FIC 1000cc injectors
#8 feed line with dual Walbro intank pumps
3" exhaust to 3" cutout (5' after turbo) to 3" Magnoflow CB
BMR Turbo K-member
DEI Turbo Blanket and heat-wrapped
810rwhp/880rwtq on 19lbs of boost.
I'm very happy with the result. Keep in mind it was 95* today (he waited all week for better temps but the heat has been relentless) and this was with only 14* of timing. I think we could hit 850rwhp with more timing on a cooler day. Can't wait to clean her up and get some seat time. Previous best was 665rwhp/700rwtq on 15lbs with an APS kit on a built 347 so this should hold me over on my boost fix for at least 3 days
Mounting some MT 295/45/17's some time this week. I'll get pics up soon. Here is the car before we cut out the grille for the intercooler.

Man this right here is making me change my mind on swapping out my 76GTS when I build my LQ4/LS2.
Your motor is the exact mirror what I want except I want my heads ported by AI. Keep my 227/224 cam.
The main thing I am drawn too is the tq. it puts out. Hows the steam up top? What are you shifting at? What does it pull too with the 224? I think my 227/224 would probably pull around 200-300rpm more than your 224/224.
Awesome set-up I like it a lot...

I've got Speed Inc. Fuel Rails, a Boost Referenced Aeromotive FPR and a #8 Feed Line. The factory feed is the return. The feed line is also Y'd into two seperate lines that feed each fuel rail individually. We were seeing a pressure drop on the dyno so we were running out of pump but it won't shoot through the RPM like that on the street so the pumps should be able to keep up. I may end up adding an inline pump for good measure if I plan on turning it up. 850rwhp/920+rwtq sounds nice but not necessary at the moment; I'll get used to it the way it is first. I think I'll hit 830/900 in cooler weather alone! We'll probably put it back on the dyno in November to see what it does.
In this case though, the fuel injectors and feed line is fine. But you would definitely need more than two Walbro's if your power goal is beyond 800rwhp on E85.

This isn't my car but I ended up buying this kit in 2005 and putting it on my stock LS1 just like this one:
