Default Who is running FTI behind their turbo/blower cars?

This should be in the tranny section but this is mainly towards FI people. In looking at purchasing a FTI 60e converter for my turbo 6.0 in my silverado. Power level is 700-850rwhp.

Who is all running them and how do you like them? How do they compare to circle D and yank??

Don't waste your money on a 4l60e. It will not last long behind that much power in a heavy truck. I don't care who builds it.

FTI converters are excellent! Greg is a racer and his customer service is second to none, you won't be disappointed.

^^ already sent him an email to get some price quotes. If it's in my range I'll be calling him to get one spec'd!

Are all converters custom built by them or just the really high end versions?

The converter will be custom built to your application.

I have had two different FTI converters, the second being one I had the stall upp'd in because the set-up changed.

Each time Greg was awesome to deal with and the car felt very nice considering the stall speed that I'm at now. It doesn't feel hardly any different at all with the 3800 than it did with the 3200 except at half throttle or more and it's a complete animal now!

They build everything they sell. I've been to their shop and seen it myself. Greg is a super person to talk to, very customer friendly. I highly recommend FTI.

My converter should ship Thursday! Can't wait to try it out and see if I can 60 foot this heavy single cab!
