I went 128 mph on 7lbs with my TC76, weighed 3750 and ran in 4000' density altitude. Not fast by any means but just a point of reference.

My buddy went 148mph with a TC78. Forged LS3 with ported LS3 heads (360cfm), stock LS3 intake, FIC 103# inj, small LG Motorsports cam. 3,200lbs approx (with driver) RX-7, T56, 3.31 8.8" Cobra IRS diff out back on e85. On a 3" downpipe.

Launch off idle, short shifting, 5+ year old drag radials:

He stepped up to a custom GTS76 (T4) and it is now an animal. We are guessing 160mph 1/4 potential.

IMO no. My 383 boosts way past 10psi, don't know A/R though (how to tell?)

Common t4 blankets fit these tc series turbines over sized. At least in my case.
I bought those t4 eBay blankets and they are kinda over sized for the tc exhaust housing. Just a FYI.
A t3 blanket may be a better fit if slightly under sized tho
