Very nice build. I have a feeling back pressure will become an issue when you crank up the boost with those baby turbos tho.

I was thinking the same thing. Amazing build, the wheels are pure sex. Are those Weld RTS' in the rear? Do you think the upper manifold will have any restriction to the rear cylinders? Looks like it necks down quite a bit.

They are champions wheels...which match the 17inch alumastars perfectly. I really don't think the manifold will be a problem at all. If you have ever seen inside a ls6 intake, or a fast for that matter...it will amaze you that cars can make power haveing to flow through such a small space! This intake has plenty of internal volume, and the design on the top should allow the air to flow very smoothly to the rear cyl.

Nice! Do you have any pics of how the charge pipes are routed to the intercooler?

Finally got some dyno numbers on it. 1100rw and 1165tq...15psi. Ended up going to 220lb injectors and twin weldon pumps. E85 takes a ton of fuel system to make this power..but its working out really nice. Should have some higher boost numbers pretty soon...

btw, intercooler worked better than expected. 60-65 degrees inside the shop today, and intake temps at peak power are 77 degrees.

This car is located in DFW, and will be raced very often. 1100rw is turned down...redynoing it next week with a few changes. It made 1200 already on a shutoff pass with a few more pounds of boost, but looking for more than that soon. 80per duty cycle on 220lb injectors...its making some power at the motor

I don't think either one of these 6spd cars will be able to hang with an auto car making this much power. When this car made 760-800whp with the 346, I was half a car ahead of a 6spd supra that was making 1000-1100rwhp from a 60-160punch

Yes.

Where are all the haters saying these turbos are WAY too small?

Whoa I love it man. Ive been a believer in smaller turbos for fast response already (want to build a M6 tt setup) but to do that AND make 1100 wheel? That's bi-winning!

Ultimate Street Setup? I can't imagine what it would do with 76's and some better heads.
