Turbo Sizing???

Turbo Sizing??? I have done alot of research on what size turbo I should be running and wanted some input from you guys. It is a twin turbo setup so keep that in mind. Here is what I have right now (and I am sorry it is not an LSX)
SBC 383
AFR 227ccc heads
Comp Cams Custom grind cam (Soild roller)
@.050 246/252 duration 610/610 lift 115 lobe seperation
Victor Junior fuel injection intake
Edelbrock elbow
Wilson 90mm throttle body
Accel DFI Stand alone
Twin TO4E 50 trim turbos
Large Water to air intercooler
My goal is 1000 flywheel horsepower or about 800 rear wheel horsepower.
It all is going through a t56 in a 2900 pound 82 Camaro Z28. According to my calculations I am going to fall short of my goals with these turbos. If I am wrong that would save me some money but I dont think I am.

What would you guys recomend for turbos?
You will probably be in the 18 to the low 20 psi boost range to make your hp goal if your overall set up is good. That would mean you would want to look at turbos that will be efficient at about 500hp each at approx 20psi. Most name brand aftermarket performance turbos 60mm and up will meet your goals. As you go bigger over the 60mm mark you can pick up a little more power, but if you get carried away you will not be happy with the spool up.
You can help yourself by researching a few things.... You motor is going to be a good breathing 6.3L. You are going to run two turbos so you will have basically 3.15L spooling each turbo. You can research turbo V6 forums and look for a group with low 3 liter motors making 400 rwhp. Look at their turbos of choice and read up on spool up info.

Man that cam is REALLY big for a turbo set up. I would get a smaller cam for sure. Probably the most common cam in the Buick TSO (turbo street outlaw) class is a PTE 236/236 solid roller. These guys are running mainly in the low 8's at 160+ mph in 3400 pound buicks. These are 4.5L V6's which are bored and stroked 3.8L using the buick motorsports Stage II blocks. I specced out a cam for my buddies Stage II motor and had it ground with comps street series solid roller lobes 232int, 236 exh. First time out that motor went 8.4X @ 164mph on a 275 drag radial. That 4.5L motor also went over 840 rwhp earlier in the year.
BTW these Buicks are 3.625" stroke motors and they are shifting in the 7200 to 7500 rpm range with these 236/236 cams.

I talked to alot of people on that cam and just about everyone I talked to put me pretty close to these numbers. I thought it sounded a bit big at first but I just told myself that these guys doing this for a living and I am just a weekend type guy. I will tell you this much, with the 2 to4e's the car comes alive at just about any rpm. It did well on the dyno with 646 rwhp and 620 torque at 18psi. It just was not my goal.

You are basically running a pair of 54mm turbos. I take it these are old school T04E's and probably t3/t4 hybrids. If they are there are a couple common turbine wheels, do you know which turbine wheels yours have? also what turbine housings?

TC6265's would easily do it, or PTE6265's. Either of those units will reach your power goals.
