Default Need turbo help asap

I Installed the sts turbo kit
In my car ls1GTO and I went to dyno tune the car made a little over 500whp with a open Gate meaning no boost controller just maxing out the 60-1 turbo today i did not put on the pvc system in i just blocked off the breathers except I put a small filter
On one and I went to take a few pulls well as I am getting into boost the dip still keeps popping out and spraying oil everywhere also I believe my turbo went back because it hasn't stopped smoking and I did a 45min drive back
Home
From
The dyno and it's still smoking after
The oil went all over I took the car to the wash and sprayed
The motor down and put 2qt of oil back in I never got back into boost after that the motor stopped smoking as the oil is gone but it's smoking bad from
The turbo in the rear man this sucks I really hope I
Did not **** my rings up I hope it's just because my turbo gave ***

You boosted the crankcase..that's what pushed oil everywhere. The turbo is probably still burning the oil that got pushed into it OR it's still getting too much. I doubt you messed up your engine, but get the crank case properly vented. If you're getting too much oil to the turbo there's always restrictors. I don't remember if that kit comes with a scavenge pump or what..don't keep up much..but make sure it's draining properly from the turbo.

I tried a catch can and it's still creating a ton of crank case pressure !!! No oil came out but the hose on the catch can came out and it's smoking out the breathers even at idle u think. I ruined my pistons and or rings?

You need a one way check valve inline so you are not boosting the crankcase. You also need to properly route the PCV lines. There are a few threads on this in here. Try a search on PCV routing or catch cans.

My breather on top of my catch can smokes a soon as the car starts up and warms up a little. That's what it is supposed to do....

Also if you can find mightymouses old build threads on here. He basically figured out the pcv system under boost and how to do it the right way.

Take the sts pcv valve off an throw it away. I closes off all ventilation under boost thats why you keep spiting your dipstick out. You need to connect the other side of your catch can to the intake pre turbo (you need vacuum). Also You may know but that catch can will need to be drained. Sorry to heat about #7 been there. Another sts kid does a motor in.
