104 octane is good enough. It´s all about tuning. But it would have more power with higher octane!

104 octane based on what method? US uses (RON + MON) / 2. This is also know as AKI or POM. I think almost all of europe list RON on their pumps. RON is quite a bit higher than MON for the same fuel, usually 8-10 pts. So 104 AKI is probably closer to 109-110 RON.

That depends entirely on compression ratio.

It isnt difficult to make 2-300bhp per litre from a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine on regular pump fuel. So doing similar on a larger engine with race fuel isnt that big a task really ?

And I'm not saying that in any way to undermine Andreas. Just trying to put perspective onto what can be achieved with various fuels.

Because watching that video, that car is ******* awesome !! It just dissappears like a rocket.

looked it up. 109 ron,99 mon./2 =104 octane. that is super impressive.

I was going to say that Sunoco GT is typically listed here as 104, but I can tell you for a fact that it was typically a few points higher, at least fresh it was. When I worked for Sunoco, I also saw their 94 octane leave at 97 sometimes.

That was quite impressive. Congrats.

This car is stupid fast. 104 i say its pump gas. lol

Imagine how fast it could go with a new LS with att the good parts out there. If i can get some sponsors i could build one with 500 hp more. And if i had a RHS block it would be 100 lbs easier!

This setting in this video is breath taking though. I like the lack of people. Is there no one actually there or is everyone behind the camera?
