I think it could fit with just a raised hood, but it would take a lot of expensive work. If you look at this picture you can see the blower is already mounted towards the front of the intake manifold.
I'm sure it could be moved forward another 1-3 inches if the base manifold it's bolted to was modified. I don't know how much interferance there is but money and time can solve that problem easily.
There's word on the Corvetteforum that a screw supercharger that's intercooled is also being researched for release on the C5 and the GTO. If it's true I'm sure a lot more people will be looking into adapting one of those kits to the F-body. Screw superchargers have more hp potential than equally sized roots blowers.

You`d have to use mid length headers and if you cut out the cross bar on the K-member and welded one in that droped 2in or so towards the middle like this \__/ it should clear the oil pan fine.

I was going to look into this for the LS1 I put in my Lincoln Mark VII LSC, I think I have enough room to fit it under the hood. Some questions I have are 1) how hard is it to use the available Magnachargers with F body front mount accessories?
2)How much farther forward and upward is the throttle body moved, and how much taller is the blower itself?
3) How reliable and driveable are these blowers?
4)How much is the kit and how much power is expected from a stock LS1?
5) are there any other available positive displacement blowers for an LS1?
Thanks for the time and I appreciate all the responses.
