Me too ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Many times, and I sent a turbo in to be rebuilt by them and they sent it back with my plastic fitting broke for boost controller ( It was packed down like fort knox to them) and it was so freaking dirty when I got it back. I had precision rebuild a turbo about a year ago and the thing came back looking like it was never used. It just amazed me they would do that, no brake clean, no air blown throught it or nothing. Just tear it apart and back together and then back to me with no packing around the turbo in the box.

Their customer service absolutely blows. You can find a thread like this every other month on them between here and Yellowbullet. In this shitty economy, it must be nice to be so busy to where you can just blow people off like this.

Ill bump this for the lack of respect for costumer service, and everything else. I have had nothing but problems from them and several others that I have talked to. Just keep calling and e-mailing. Although it probably will not do anything, but sometimes persistence is key.

very bad customer service.

I bought a GT88 turbo from them and it was packaged terribly. Nearly fell out of the box when it arrived. Suffered some minor cosmetic damage.

Called them a little while later to buy another item 3 different times and NEVER received any phone calls back.

Not run professionally at all.
