Default whats the user name for the guy who works at Speed Inc?

I forget his user name. I think his personal car was a TT car.

A few years ago I remember him making a thread in this section about how he setup a dual fuel cell in his car with a boost referenced switch. Trying to locate thread.

We have done a few cars with BS3 and staged injection. (uses 2 sets of injectors and if you like, 2 separate fuel systems).

Let me know if you have any questions.

I remember Jim saying that the switching over to the race fuel system was to slow so instead he went with BS3 staged injection.

this was my idea about the dual tank setup.

here's my idea for 2nd fuel cell. obviously ballers run a completely dedicated 2nd fuel system. i.e 2nd rails, injectors, FPR...

but i think this would work. on the feed side, i would put aeromotive check valves in the Y to prevent backflow

on the return side, it'd be a manual 3 port valve to determine which tank you're dumping back to.

while this wouldn’t be an "on the fly" setup, all you'd have to do is manually change the return valve, then flip switches on your fuel pumps. the discussion of cross contamination of fuels within the lines itself has been brought to light, but IMO if you're not running an on the edge tune-up the difference is negligible. if the lines held .5 gallons of 93oct and you have a 5 gallon C16 tank, you'd only be mixing in 10%.

so the procedure would go like this....car is running on 93oct... stop the motor. turn the valve for the return line so it now dumps back to the C16 tank. turn off the main fuel pump and turn on the C16 fuel pump. Let the car idle for 2-3 minutes. at this point all 93oct gas that was left in the fuel lines is now mixed into the tank of C16. unless you're running alot of timing with a max HP on the edge tune up, the contamination would be small. OR turn on the C16 pump, let it cycle and now you're dumping a mixture of 93/C16 into the main tank. once its fully cycled, THEN switch the return valve and theoretically you would have no mixed gas in the C16 tank...

Biggest problem I see with your setup is you are going to be feeding non-race fuel into the race fuel tank.

it would only be whatever 93 octane is left in the lines when you switch the return line valve. or like i said above. prime the race gas pump for a minute or to back into the main fuel tank. THEN change the return line valve, so at that point there's never any 93octane in the C16 tank.

theory seems sound to me

There's a few threads on this that I've all read about. Let me see if I can track them down. Most of them were in regards to having an active dual fuel system. Your's is slightly different as you have the idea of turning the car off and manually switching the lines. The first things I can think of are you'll need a way to switch the power on the pumps and slight fuel contamination (which you've already mentioned) .
