QMP Logo Design Help Needed
I'm looking for someone who can design a company logo for us that would tie in the "turbo theme". Like maybe having the "Q" look like turbo???
I've talked to several designers, but none of them are gearheads...and just don't seem to get it.
If you have some ideas, we are willing to pay, trade parts, etc for a really good one. It will be the logo we use on the website, T-Shirts, windshield banners, etc. If you have a business doing this, we will even put up a "Logo Designed by" link on the website.
Please contact me direct to discuss specific details at QMPSales@aol.com.
Thanks in adavance!

Not bad! Maybe a little more 3 dimensional and slanted? Real "race" looking...
Oh yea, I forgot to mention....I LOVE flames!
Once we settle on a design, I'll also need a new Banner for this site as well as the others we advertise on. So we have to make sure it's non-brand-specific. i.e. can't have a pic in it of a Vette, or F-body, or Mustang, etc.
Thanks again!

How 'bout making the flames come out of the compressor outlet to make an underline for the rest of the logo, you know, for the "MP" part... And more forward slanted. That'd be cool.

Yea, that looks great! I think flames out of the outlet would be cool also. I've gotten several logo's emailed to me so far, and right now we like the last one you just did the best.
I'm starting to get excited now!!!!

Hey guys I got to playing around with 02BlueFirehawk's image. Man I'm not good at using Photoshop tools, but why not add the impeller that Rob has as his Avatar? Turn it a touch and take off the corners and put it in the Q. I know this may not be feasible for the Windshield Banners, but you could add to the banners to have an impeller, just probably not that one. It looks great man...maybe you should try the impeller, just a suggestion. Also maybe some stamped steel periods after Q.M.P. Just ideas...wish I could show you what I'm thinking, but I don't even have photoshop I have PhotoImpression crap...LOL

The more I look at the logo...the more I like it....
I love the brushed aluminum look of the letters. I'm now curious how it would look in a different surrounding color scheme...when we put it on T-Shirts, we'll have to be able to change it up a bit depending on shirt color.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the compliements. Been AFK, I was dead tired. Rob, I will put it on white for you. Gray t-shirts may not be advisable. lol. I'll come up with one with flames coming out the compressor. I'll try one with the impeller in there as well, although I think it'll take away from the fact that it's trying to be a Q in the acronym. Rob I got your e-mail, sounds good.

Ummm NBM shirt with Badass Q~mp. Yeah, thats what RR needs to go with.
One thing, is there any way to turn the Q on axis, As your looking at it, turn it a few degrees as if you wanted to do a mirror? Does that make sense? So you can kind of look up into the discharge pipe. Just a thought, but what you have done is NICE, gets my vote.

Thanks fellas. Yeah I think I know what you're describing regarding the axis tilt, but it's pretty hard to do without a 3d design program. I'm using plain 'ol photoshop which is a PITA in itself.
and Yes I'm running the QMP kit. Not sure what Rob has in store for me, but I'm dropping off the car and meeting him at the end of the month so I dunno. Maybe he can buy me a lapdance at the local strip club. lol. hahah.
