Personally I would go with the 76mm for $25 more 
We are doing two 5.3 builds right now, one with a single 76mm that will be used for road race and is shooting for around 500-550 whp and the other, mine, that is using twin 70mm and will be more drag race oriented. I know it CAN be done, but when I see single turbo on a V8, I just cringe at under 76mm.

I have one myself but haven't run it yet. Just search for on3performance. The only problem I've heard is people getting small A/Rs when you order them on ebay but if you contact them directly they can ensure that you get exactly what you want.

They look like a quality turbo for the price. I will b using one in a build next yr. I inquired about some parts. Quick response and pretty good prices. I've bought other turbo parts off eBay without any replies to questions or customer service.
Idk I would take a tc over a magnum. Since similar priced.

But I'm gonna try a on3. 350$ for a 70mm is not so bad in my book. I got a quote for bout 530
