Question I need a .055 thick head gasket

Cometic doesnt make them, and the LS9's are .051.

My rotating assembly combo (3.905 bore,6.125 rods, stock crank) + my block got decked, my machine shop said i needed a .055 thick gasket. and i cant find one.

App is a Turbo 5.3 bored LS1

Felpro makes MLS gaskets with some different thicknesses IIRC.

Both surfaces have to be perfect for the Cometics.

Just call Cometic and tell them what you want. They usually make it within a few days. They're an excellent company to deal with.
