Neither did I just ordered a .96ar. They only have a few more in stock. Then they gotta order another batch. I'm glad to see Chinese turbos making power and holding up.

Its got absolutely nothing to do with "the results". I could care less if they ran better times than American made turbos, its about supporting our country and trying to help the economy. Hell if China was broke like us and we were booming like before 9/11, it wouldnt be such a big deal but I just feel like in these times, we need to support what we have here, if it means spending more cuz you are usually 98% of the time getting a better product or actual customer service from people you can understand and actually contact (not saying these companies are like that but its usually the case for most if you read around).
Sorry for the , carry on.
ps, Im glad people are having good results with these things, Im all for hitting your goal and saving money but there are also people having bad results too and bad turbos can take out good engines quickly.

I got 2 of the on3 70mm turbos with .82 AR turbine housing going on my 5.3 this winter. I have to say the turbos look quite nice!

As for the Chinese/American thing...most of the Garret, Borg and I am sure others are made out of the country and MAYBE assembled here. I am sure you could probably find foreign made parts in just about any turbo.

True! You will be hard pressed to find anything made in the USA. Ive been driving trucks for 20yrs, and it make me sick to see all the plants that made anything close! Most of the turbo's, intercoolers ect.... Are purchased off shore, and the price is jacked up, then they rape Us! LSxmalibu you give me hope! Im done with my car it drive's great! Just need the cash for bigger injt, and a tune. Can you tell me what timing you run, and what octain?

timing is locked out at 17 degrees as soon as I get into boost. for that track day I had about 100 octane, for safety, i was planning on turning the boost up, but normally around town on 6-8psi I run 91.

I have had nothing but very good results with my Chinese knock offs' except
for the one time a spark plug came apart and took one out. I guess the plug maker (NGK) was to blame for that one, but $250.00 later I had another one at my door. It is totally Ironic that I couldn't afford to buy the "American" set of turbos because of our bad economy and low cash flow, resorting to me buying the foreign made product taking money right back out of our own system.
