No...you need a divided inlet for that.

I don't see why the spool valve wouldn't work unless it was an open undivided housing.

Precisely why I stated that you need a divided housing. If a divided housing is needed we do offer custom divided housings now for the GT55's. Our Supra guys run them.

thanks for all of the post i will try less timing and richer mixture first then go leaner and more timing

The turbo is a 1.0 a/r t6 open flange and it is a 85mm (this turbo is an old nmra dragradial spec turbo that was on a high compression 358 ford)

I know that it is off the wall but can the cam have anything to do spool time

Its not really 16:1 on the 2 step....it is an oxygen sensor, if it sees ANY oxygen (from cylinders dropping due to the 2 step) it will read lean (when the rest of the motor may actually be rich).

That is not off the wall, the cam has EVERYTHING to do with spooling

do you have anybody that you would suggest using to turbo cams

The cam that is in it at this time is a stock off the shelf ls6 cam

Talk to Brian Tooley on YB. He knows a lot about getting the valve events right for any kind of motor. THey can help you out a lot more there than here.
