yea TH400 on dyno is a bit of a HP killer compared to other transmissions. My current nitrous motor a LS6 with ported heads, piston, cam only put down 370whp. should be around 430 with 6 speed.

Ill start looking around for some of these turbos that we talked about. Thanks for the help everyone..

Dr.turbo and stock48

What you guys think about the s475 96mm 1.32 vs the GT-76 t-6?

My app is stock bottom end 6.0 232/240 cam and FTI 3400, it's currently has the 475 but I'm not liking it, way to laggy and don't want to go thru the trouble of swapping cams

GT76 will spool a good bit faster. Its a smaller turbine wheel and tighter housing as well.

Would you recommend 1.08 or 1.23 ?

Also how much boost do you think I would need to make to achieve 825-850rwhp. This is going thru a 60E. I'm pretty sure I'm a little over 700 right now on 13psi 93 octane. I'm usin nitrous to get decent 60's but it be nice to get in the 1.6's boost only in my 4700lb truck

We just did 1000 at the tires on a S91 through a glide and a 9" This is on a very easy tune. It is a physically small turbo.

I would go 1.08A/R if your are wanting good quick response. As for boost....probably around 16-19psi or so. Really depends on the motor.

Yeah the S91 and GT91 are still the most powerful and smallest compact sized turbos on the market.

On your website, it says "****T4 Option for GT76-GT91- add $349****" Does that mean that if I opt for the t4 option on the gt-80 or gt-88, that there is no additional charge?

15~16 psi with the GT76/T4 .96 pushed my 4900lb 4x4 truck to 130mph at 5860' elevation. Haven't got to run it yet here at sealevel but it's nasty..

Some good advice in here so far for anyone looking to make big power witht the smallest turbo possible. I agree with all statements so far.

I would do a big T4 turbo personally.

Something like a Billet Wheel BW S400 4x like a 76mm/87mm or a 82/87mm. 82 will spool a little quicker, and maybe make 50-100 more.

GT76 is also a beast of a turbo too. Stock, and Dr. Turbo know what they are talking about when it comes to 88's.

The T4 option is for the 76 through the 91 and everything in between. Same price for the T4 upcharge.
