Was that launching with 7psi of boost? What was total PSI for the run?

Just trying to see what i could look forward too. High fives is what i need to do myself.
launched @ 148kpa (roughly 7psi), total boost hovered right around 190kpa (roughly 13psi).

didn't mess with the timing to get it to spool faster, just had plenty of time before the lights dropped on me.

The glide will really help you leave on a lot more power.

If you want when you get the glide, I can set you up with a little tweak to that table to get more boost built so you can leave harder.

Nice runs for sure. Turn that puppy up!
I didn't use your table yet, car is a total dog if I don't get it spooled on the 2 step, the rest of my runs that night were at 118mph but much slower (6.2-6.3) because I was in a class race and it was a .400 pro tree and everyone was staging in first on me (nitrous cars), so I had no time to get boost built before the lights dropped, I did get to drive around a couple of cars though

here is one vs. a new coyote 5.0 w/2 stages, i'm sure he thought he had me covered, i left with literally no boost! didn't see full boost until 60mph!

looks like the deal on that glide is falling through, gotta find something different now.

Hey, this is Cody, I bought that exhaust from a few months ago. Car is looking good man, didn't take to long to get it running good. What did the 5.0 run on that last video?

you got me, the bone stock escalade factory pull out long block (intake/oilpan, all accessories to flexplate) was packing forged bottom end, fully ported heads, etc. the guy just wanted to hook me up so he covered it all in dirt and bolted all the stock stuff on it to make it look like it had never been apart!

Absolutely wicked! I hope to be somewhere in that ball park. I haven't had mine to the track yet but I have over a 1000 street miles and several beatings on the street trying to get used to it a little.

What do you have your 2 step set up? I read but didn't see where you listed that. At least not on the good fast runs. lol

i hope so too, good luck with your project, you'll be shocked when you feel the 6liter + boost!

2 step is at 3500rpm, i could bump it up a little, but i was leaving at 7psi and it was a toss up if the track would hold even that. if i really want to go fast i'll need a good co2 boost controller to ramp in the boost.

ya, i keep hptuners in the passenger seat every pass and tweak between runs.

yep, just a factory lq9 with a 230/230 cam and ls6 intake, everything else is bone stock, still running the truck accessories and the a/c blows cold!

oh, and it looks like the trans broke a sprag after all, i knew it was probably a matter of time, but now i can get a glide and see how fast she'll really go.

found this in the pan (looks like sprag pieces to me)

now oj is in pieces again, hopefully coming back even stronger
