its not the filter but the cooling tubes that are in the pan that stop you from going deeper. i talk to Mr rossler about this and he doesnt like these pans at all.

oh i see. but, the fluid level should stay the same level from the filter, just a deeper reservoir holding it i would think. sorry, don't wanna mess up your thread.

Looking AWESOME Tom! Feels and looks so good when you do all the little optional stuff in a big build.

What made you go with truck manifolds over Stainless Works turbo down/forward headers? Very curious.

Also why did you move from twins to a single? I'm stuck right now between a GT-55 or twin TC76/78s.
Keep up the good work, I stop in this thread everyday.

Twins proved to be to big of a pain in the *** for what their worth. A good single front mount will do what he wants with a lot less head aches.

The whole idea behind this build is to keep things simple. Less BS the better. As much as I like to work on turbo cars I prefer to drive mine. I bet my car will also be 100lbs light er after this build. I have removed allot of stuff and the twins were heavy right around 160lbs when I shipped it out.

The reason for not using turbo headers was do to plug access. I don't want to fight anything on this car.unlike the twins if you had to work on or inspect anything it had to go on the hoist. That even gets old

Thank You. You've helped me reconsider not doing twins...
