Looks great, why dont you trim the top plate back to access the middle bolts? The SC shouldnt spread out that far

Id suggest sliding the blower forward slightly so the unused ribs are on the front. If you later decide to upgrade the rest of the pulleys to 8 rib, the extra distance will be forward from the engine. Found that out the hard way on my M90 setup

Lets see some front pics. How much belt wrap on the blower pulley? What size pulley on the blower? How much boost is anticipated? Reason I ask is I have owned a 01 Lightning, 03 cobra and both have had their issues with belt slip. I think my pulley sizes were 2.75 and 2.81???

That's pretty sweet. I am currently using CAD to design an intercooled version to fit a gt500 s/c for myself and a non-intercooled one to fit the older m90 s/c for a buddy. The use of the edelbrock lower intake for the flange mounts is a cool idea.
