Default Wastegate on a Procharger?

I want to put a wastegate on with a Procharger and then use the boost control in my fast to control max boost. Just pulley the blower to max impeller speed. I know the bov's gotta stay also to relieve pressure when the throttle closes. Anybody forsee any issues? Is there a better option that I don't know about on a blower car? Thanks and any info is appreciated.

I've done a little searching. Anything with wastegate pulls up turbo applications. I will look some more

Thanks

Keep looking. There was a long one with a corvette owner who did a lot of homework and had results on it. I forget his name though

Ya I saw u replying. U ever do it? I'm committed. Ordered a precision wastegate last night lol. If i was only wanting to limit boost the adjustable electric cutout on the inlet pipe would be the easiest/best way to go IMO. But with my fast I can actually control the wastegate to bring the boost in slowly, kinda like a progressive controller for nos. Gonna be interesting to experiment with.

let us know how it turns out. i think a wastegate on a centri blower is a great idea with wonderful possibilities. i read a thread a while back (on another forum) where people were blasting a vette owner for trying this. people were calling him all kinds of names and getting furious at him for even mentioning the subject. a couple of other guys and i stuck up for him but it didn't do much good. i have never seen people that infuriated on a forum.

Try looking around on yellowbullet.com in the blower section, there a quite a few guys over there that use wastegates/controllers to control power on their blower cars.
