Are stronger rod bolts necessary?

Stock bottom L33
TC76 turbo
LS6 cam
3,000LBs
Considering the LS6 is only good for ~6,500RPM, do I really need to touch the rod bolts? I mean, yeah, it's only $160 which is nothing compared to what I've spent, but do I actually risk breaking/stretching them with such low RPMs?

I dont think you need them, infact, using them could be dangerous, i did on the GTO and kind of regret the fact that i did on that car. Makes me worry now, when is going to chew up a bearing?.....
